Delivery Information

To ensure the utmost care in baking and shipping, we kindly request online orders to be placed 2 to 3 days in advance. If you need your cake sooner, please contact us directly at Call/WhatsApp: +923244125815.

Our freshly baked cakes and cupcakes are delivered by our trained drivers on your chosen delivery date. They come in proper box packaging and bags.

At the moment, we offer delivery services within Lahore only. However, please be aware that delivery times in Lahore can be unpredictable due to traffic congestion. We guarantee delivery on your chosen date and time. If you need your cake earlier, please select a delivery date one day prior. Our cakes remain perfectly fresh for 3 to 4 days when stored at the required temperature.

If you are not available at the delivery address, we can deliver to your neighbors if you provide their complete address.

When placing a delivery order, kindly provide a contact telephone number so our rider can get in touch if needed. In case no one is present to accept the delivery, we will hold the order at Bakistan for the next 3 days. After this period, the order will expire, and no refunds will be issued. During this time, you can call our Customer Service team at 0324-4125815 to arrange re-delivery with additional charges or personal collection.
