• Custom cakes require time for decorative elements to dry, so please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you want to change the pickup or delivery date. Postponement requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability for the new date.

• We cannot guarantee that we can move your order to the new requested date. If you request a postponement within 48 hours and we cannot accommodate the new date, you will receive 100% of your deposit back as cash for future orders. If you give us at least 72 hours notice, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• We do not guarantee compatibility with specific devices or software used to access the Site. It's your responsibility to ensure your system works correctly with the Site.

• We are not liable for any unauthorized use of the Site or the Products.

• Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
