Order Acceptance and Confirmation
Orders are accepted only after confirmation via WhatsApp, phone call, or official Bakistan platforms. All custom cakes require a 30% advance payment to confirm. The balance is payable on delivery. Orders are processed based on the final approved design and specifications shared by the customer.
Custom Designs and Accuracy
We aim to replicate your selected design as closely as possible. However, all cakes are handcrafted, and slight differences may appear in color, structure, or decoration. Images provided are for reference only.
Urgent and Same-Day Orders
Urgent orders are subject to availability and may be limited in terms of customization. These must be confirmed quickly and may require full payment in advance. Reach out to confirm before placing urgent requests.
Delivery Policy
We provide home delivery within Lahore city. While we strive for timely delivery, factors such as traffic, weather, and road closures may cause delays. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect addresses or late order confirmations.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for consideration of partial refunds. Orders involving custom decorations, characters, or specialty items are non-refundable once preparation begins.
Storage and Shelf Life
All cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Cream-based cakes must be refrigerated. Once delivered, customers are responsible for proper storage. Cakes are best consumed within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Allergens and Ingredients
Our cakes may contain eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, and nuts. Although we try our best to prevent cross-contamination, we do not guarantee allergen-free products. Please mention any dietary concerns when ordering.
Changes to Orders
After confirmation, any changes to the design, flavor, or delivery details must be communicated immediately. Once preparation begins, changes may not be possible.
Use of Customer Photos
We may photograph finished cakes for use in our online gallery, social media, or marketing materials. No personal customer information will ever be shared publicly without consent.
Pricing Policy
Prices vary depending on the size, flavor, and design complexity of each cake. Final quotes are shared before order confirmation. Prices may change without prior notice, especially during festive or high-demand seasons.
